The Association for Equality (A4E) has been set up with the aim of raising awareness and taking action on issues related to gender equality.

 

Our main priorities are:

Tackling gender discrimination at work and at home.

 

Ensuring that fathers and mothers are able to share the care of their children more equally.   

Recognising and promoting the role of men in tackling gender inequality.

Reducing the gender pay gap.  

Raising awareness on violence against women.  

Advocating for the Introduction of the Nordic model in relation to prostitution.
 
Promoting equality in decision making within political parties and business organisations.
 

The Association for Equality works for gender equality by tackling discrimination at work and home, stopping the legalisation of prostitution in Malta and advocating the Nordic model, recognising men's role of men in tackling inequality, reducing gender pay gap and promoting equality in decision making.
